Karan is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Law, having graduated from Delhi University.
He began his professional journey with training at Nangia & Co. LLP, a reputed tax and advisory firm. Post-qualification, he was associated with S.P. Nagrath & Co. LLP, where he gained hands-on experience in handling a diverse range of tax matters, including corporate tax, personal tax, international taxation, and transfer pricing documentation and certification.
Karan further enhanced his professional exposure at KPMG India, one of the Big Four accounting firms, where he advised a broad portfolio of clients across sectors.
With over 8 years of experience, Karan has advised several domestic and multinational companies on complex tax and regulatory matters. His core strengths lie in delivering end-to-end tax solutions covering advisory, litigation support, compliance, and transaction support. He has worked across a diverse range of industries, including Consumer Electronics & Home Appliances, Information Technology and ITeS, Automotive, Hospitality, FMCG, Industrial Manufacturing and Products

Karan Chawla
Partner
Sanchit is a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He is also a commerce honours graduate from Delhi University.
He completed his training from a reputed South Delhi firm Sekhri & Associates. Post his training he was associated with a Law firm Pitamber Thakkar & Associates, handling and leading their indirect tax practice.
Sanchit has over seven years of professional experience, with a strong focus on GST advisory, compliance, audits, assessments, and litigation. He also brings expertise in accounting and financial reporting, alongside exposure to statutory audits for listed and multinational entities.
He has worked across various industries like Manufacturing, Home appliances and Consumer Electronics, Publishing, Real Estate, Hospitality, Export House, Information Technology etc.

Vibhor is an associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He is also a commerce honours graduate from Delhi University, Delhi, India.
He was associated with “Walker Chandiok & Co LLP” an associate firm of GT Bharat in the field of Assurance.
Vibhor has completed his internship training in Risk advisory from a Delhi based firm Sahni Natrajan & Bahl, which is considered within the top 10 firms in the same field.
With over six years of experience, he has worked on various multinational clients in the F&B industry, the Automobile industry, the Healthcare sector and the Technology sector
